  • Perform periodic interior and exterior inspections.

  • Send owner periodic property condition reports

  • Perform a background check to verify identity, income, credit history, rental history

Tenant Move In

  • Prepare lease agreement

  • Perform a move in inspection and have tenants sign a property condition report
